Aisha Jamila Hinds is a known American actress. She is known for her roles in the TV series The Shield, and True Blood. Her versatility has been demonstrated in 2003 with her outstanding performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit, 1-8-7, as well as Under the Dome. Her birthplace was in Mangalore, India. Their father Krishnaraj worked as an Army scientist before his death on 18 March 2017. The mother Vrinda lives at home. Aditya Rai, the older brother, is an engineer in the merchant marine industry. Her brother co-wrote and wrote Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mother. The family relocated to Mumbai and she enrolled at Arya Vidya Mandir. After finishing her studies for intermediate in Jai Hind College, she enrolled at D.G. Ruparel College in Matunga where she was awarded a 90% in the H.S.C. exams. She spent five years of her adolescence pursuing musical and classical dance. Zoology was one of her subjects. Bachchan at the time, studying architecture, won the title of Miss World in the year 1994. The title helped her rise onto the front of modeling. The actress's career was off well with praised roles on Iruvar (1997) and Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). Bachchan became the front line of New Bollywood after both films broke the traditional structure for Bollywood movies at that time. Bachchan made her a queen of Bollywood through her portrayal of Paro the lover who was betrayed in Devdas the film, which was among the most popular films. It was also the first Bollywood film that was screened at Cannes Film Festival. After that, she was rewarded with much acclaim for the role she played in Chokher Bali (2003) the tense thriller which was inspired by Rabindranath Tagore's story. In April 2007 she married Abhishek Bachchan who is a frequent co-star and the father of Bollywood legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that brought two of the country's most famous personalities.
