Emily Jean Stone was born to Krista Jean Stone and Jeffrey Charles Stone in Scottsdale, Arizona, on November 6 8th, 1988. She is a homemaker. Jeffrey Charles Stone is the founder and CEO of the contracting firm, Stone Contracting. She is of Swedish, German and British Isles descent. Stone began acting as a child in Phoenix's Valley Youth Theatre. There she made her stage debut in the production in "The Wind in the Willows" by Kenneth Grahame. Through her teens, Stone participated in various other productions until she decided to make acting her profession. According to the official account, she created a PowerPoint presentation that was backed by Madonna's "Hollywood" and also titled "Project Hollywood", in an effort to convince her parents to let her leave school and relocate to Los Angeles. The pitch succeeded and she and her mom relocated to LA and completed her education at home while she spent her time auditioning.
